Today's developed market economy system requires companies to raisecapital from outside. Economic expansion, the speed of change, increasing competition force the continuous development of enterprises, and this requires a lot of financial investment. Low financial resources and expensive and difficult access to credit are driving entrepreneurs to look for alternative sources of finance. This is met by the financial market, which offers increasingly sophisticated forms of capital raising, adapted to the type and scale of ventures. The aim of the article is to try to analyse alternative forms of financing for enterprises and rating their popularity.
