SELECTED ISSUES OF CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENSE IN POLAND

The text deals with selected issues of civil protection and civil defense in Poland. The essence and interdependence of these issues were discussed. A narrow and broad understanding of civil protection and its place in the Polish national security system were pointed out. Collective methods of protecting the population in our country were also discussed, referring to the results of the audit carried out by the Supreme Audit Office and reports presented by the State Headquarters of the State Fire Service regarding the state of preparations regarding the practical implementation of civil protection.
