Napisy i nalepki na miniaturach portretowych jako świadectwo osobistej więzi właścicieli z dziełami sztuki na przykładzie zbiorów hr. Potockich z Krakowa i Krzeszowic z kolekcji Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie

The study concerns archival inscriptions and stickers found on portrait miniatures which are evidence of the owners’ personal bond with the work of art. Part of the Potocki collection from Kraków and Krzeszowice, distributed after 1946 among various cultural institutions in Poland and kept in the National Museum in Warsaw, was analyzed. The author pays special attention to Katarzyna Potocka, a social activist and philanthropist who played an important role in describing and organizing the collections.
