Determinants of the organization of turquoise organizations
Synopsis
The aim of the article was to present the conditions for the functioning of turquoise organizations. The paper presents the criteria shaping the turquoise organization, communication and management methods in a self-managing unit. The required competences of employees were also indicated and the advantages of turquoise organizations and barriers to their creation were defined.
