Synopsis

It is the responsibility of each pig farmer to ensure all biological and behavioral needs in order to obtain the best production results. The aim of the study was to examine how the sex of the breeder influences the use of preventive treatments on suckling piglets. The comparative analysis did not show that gender is not of great importance and the quality of work is demonstrated by the experiences and knowledge of the breeder
