DYNAMICS OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS OF DIFFERENT AGE CATEGORIES
Synopsis
In a theoretical and empirical study, it is shown that the dynamics of the personal and professional development of teachers with different work experience at school is as follows: in the first 10-15 years, there is an increase in professionalism indicators, then a sharp decrease in indicators for a significant part of teachers with 20 years of work experience and more. 18-20% of older teachers successfully overcome the stage of stagnation and demonstrate a high level of pedagogical skill, creativity, and self-realization in the profession.
