Synopsis

Text methods used in the theory and practice of security management as sources of inspiration for the creation of a strategic culture. The author, starting from an a priori and holistic orientation of safety management processes, attempts to outline the possible benefits of using some elements of management theory and practice achievements for shaping strategic culture. A special place in the author's deliberation is occupied by the network approach related to the usage of strategic analysis methods, management methods in confrontation conditions, and the usage of the resilience concept. The last fragment of the text includes a vision of a strategic culture that takes into account the benefits resulting from the management and quality science point of view, thus filling the existing conceptual gaps.
