Synopsis

This chapter is an attempt to analyse the etiological and symptomatological problems of burnout that occurs among public employees. During the pandemic, there were several restrictions on carrying out the daily duties of restrictions in carrying employees’ everyday duties. They fulfil their duties mainly in a remote system or maintaining a safe social distance. This has completely changed the relations between the officials and petitioners, but also the relations between employees. The results of research conducted by the public employees in the city of Kalisz are an important part of this chapter.
