On the need and possibilities of shaping the foundations of security culture at younger school age
Synopsis
The aim of the paper is to present a need to shape the foundations of security culture at younger school age and to indicate the abilities of children of this age to acquire knowledge and skills. The results of analyzes conducted by numerous researchers prove that failure to form individual sensitivities characteristic for specific stages of a child's development may lead to a lack of the development of desirable ways of behavior, also in terms of security. Such behavior might not achieve the appropriate level or might not be revealed at all.
