Process knowledge management in a university

The chapter presents selected aspects of process knowledge management in a university. The essence of the process approach, types of knowledge and knowledge management strategies are discussed. The authors of the chapter have proposed the identification and adaptation of knowledge management processes to the specifics of the university in accordance with the PCF methodology (APQC).
