Personnel supervision over local government

The study, based on normative regulations, court verdicts and doctrine views, presents the issue of a personnel supervision over local government. Local government, with all its independence, is a subject of supervision by government administration bodies. Among the supervision means, the so-called personnel supervision means play crucial role. These include: dissolution of the decision-making body by the Sejm, dismissal of an executive body and suspension of organs of a local government unit.
