SECURITY OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN POLAND IN THE 21ST CENTURY

The aim of the article is to present the current legal status concerning the security of critical infrastructure in Poland. Undoubtedly, this infrastructure has an impact on the smooth functioning of the state, groups and individuals. That is why it is so important to constantly look after it. A special document has been drawn up in Poland, the National Critical Infrastructure Protection Program and it is currently being amended. Based on the latest study, the key issues related to maintaining the security of Polish critical infrastructure in the 21st century were presented in the article.
