THE CONCEPT OF SECURITY IN THE NATIONAL SECURITY STRATEGY OF POLAND AND SPAIN

The article raises the issue of national security presented in national security strategies of Poland and Spain and presents its material and personal scope. The way of presenting the issue is set out (wide or narrow paradigm, static or dynamic approach). It presents the evolution of the idea in the subsequent security strategies adopted in the described countries. Moreover, the article draws a comparison between these strategies and the approach towards the issue of security strategies of the European Union. The article makes a comparison of the catalogues of threats to national security presented in the documents.
