COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT IN CRISIS SITUATIONS AND DURING CRISES

During various types of crisis situations and crises, a very important aspect of the activity is the ability to properly provide information and communicate with all entities by various institutions operating within the framework of crisis management. This issue is very important from the point of view of the quality of the functioning of the crisis management system and the possibility of ensuring the most comprehensive security for each entity. It is worth to constantly improve and develop knowledge and skills in this field. The paper contains the analysis of the Act on crisis management from the perspective of providing information and communication. The author presents these issues on the basis of the literature on the subject, for example indicates the principles of communication during a crisis.
