THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SAFETY AND MORALE OF THE PHYSICAL AND LEGAL ENTITIES FOR THE QUALITY OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE CRISIS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The paper formulates and justifies the thesis that improving the quality of crisis management systems requires a higher level of security culture and morale of physical and legal entities that make up the SCM. At the same time, the significance of the concepts of morale and security culture as well as the relationships between them and the crisis management system are presented.
