Interinstitutional cooperation in the social assistance sector the condition of inclusion of people and families

The purpose of this article is to show interinstitutional cooperation in the social welfare sector as an important element of inclusion of people and families. It presents the Model of cooperation for rural communes, which was developed by representatives of various aid and social integration entities and institutions operating in the sphere of poverty and social exclusion, employees of voivodship self-government and government entities of rural macroregion, professionals and experts employed in Model Teams at Regional Social Policy Centers and the Mazowieckie Social Policy Center from the five provinces of: Masovia, Lublin, Podlasie, Podkarpacie and Świętokrzyskie.
