Perspectives of the personal-professional development of the “teacher-student” polysubject community in the conditions of inclusive education
Synopsis
The article deals with the problem of the readiness of university teachers to work with students with disabilities in an inclusive education. The structure and content of developmental programs aimed at improving the level of personal and professional development of teachers and their ability to create a polysubject community are presented.
