Professional activity of women sentenced to long-term punishments before committing a crime and after being detained in a prison
Synopsis
The consequence of the existing cultural personification of femininity and work by women are some differences resulting from the feminization of professions, industries, positions. Still, women, compared to men in the labor market, are degraded in the form of lower earnings, less participation in power, making important decisions, fewer opportunities to get an interesting job and complete a job that gives them full satisfaction and high social status. The self-consciousness of women and eliminating differences in the process of socializing girls and boys are also important in terms of professional activity, which ultimately leads to women entering new areas of crime, previously reserved primarily for men. In this article, we will present how the professional activity of women who passed long-term sentences for murder and women who committed non-aggressive crime before committing a crime and during their punishment was shaped.
