Threat and its essence. The theory of problem

In the author’s opinion problem of the threat prevails in discussing about problems of safety existence and development of the unit and also social group, community, nation, as well as the same issues for the State as a geopolitical entity. Because of that knowledge of the threats should be gather and develop of the identified entities. And if so the accumulation of knowledge should be based on the understanding of what the threat is a and what the essence of threat is. Therefore the perceived discrepancies in the article contains the author's perspective of the research problem the semantic term threats and its substance.
