Development of a polysubiective community as a psychological condition of personal and professional development of teachers and students in the inclusive educational process
Synopsis
The article is devoted to the actual problem of the development of an inclusive process in education. It is argued that one of the fundamental conditions for inclusive education and the main factor for its successful implementation is the creation of a multi-entity “teacher-student” community. The author considers the provisions of the systemic personal developmental approach to the interaction of subjects of an inclusive educational environment, in which attention is focused not only on the development of students with disabilities, but also on the personal and professional development of teachers of inclusive education.
