Emotions of the educator – emotions of the educated. New concepts in education and archival popularisation on selected examples

This article addresses the broad topic of education and popularization within the State Archives network, illustrating this issue through the activities of the State Archives in Piotrków Trybunalski. Emotions are inherent in the nature of these endeavors, and questions remain pertinent regarding the directions and best practices of education and popularization. The issue of immersion, the correspondence between tradition and modernity, the presentation of archival materials as a fundamental and highly promising resource, and archival awareness and identity are the main areas of reflection in this text. Various variants of educational activities are illustrated through examples from the practice of archival educators and popularizers in recent years.
