Streszczenie

The employee evaluation system is one of the most important systems in human resource management in the organization. The system indicates which attitudes, behaviors and actions of employees are accepted and expected by the organization. In the evaluation process, the organization receives information about the quantitative and qualitative effects of work and the potential of employees. Assessment results are the main source of information used in managing the organization.
