Streszczenie

In the turbulent environment of modern organizations, it is neces-sary to search for new methods that will enable more and more effective implementation of the human resource management process. Improving HRM is crucial from the point of view of building the competitive advantage of an organization in an economy based on intellectual capital. Gamification is an innovative technique with significant potential that can be used in the area of HR. The purpose of the chapter is to present the essence of this technique as an innovation in the area of HR function.
