The article focuses on the subject of office employee satisfaction, with particular emphasis on the analysis of the importance of factors that shape it. The analysis of both classical and contemporary literature related to satisfaction as an element of attitude that determines the behavior of an employee shows many different factors and features influencing satisfaction, which are not always entirely obvious and clear. The values recognized by the employee are also important for the shaping of employee satisfaction. The aim of the work is to try to explain what factors shape the satisfaction of office workers.
