Przetwarzanie danych osobowych w Straży Granicznej

The article presents the Border Guards, a law enforcement agency. The statutory tasks of this agency are presented. It is pointed out that while processing its statutory tasks the Border Guards process a lot of information, including personal data, based on various legal provisions. Personal data are presented and processed by the Border Guards Headquarters. Purposes, conditions or methods of obtaining personal data are described. It should be emphasized that the Border Guards process personal data on the basis and within the limits of the law.
