Wpływ migracji i uchodźstwa na bezpieczeństwo międzynarodowe

The author of the article needs to present the issue of migration and refugeedom from the viewpoint of international safety. The phenomenon of migration is entwined with international safety, it also applies to safety of countries in Europe and all the world including Poland. It is difficult to control the phenomenon. Safety issues were traditionally being considered in the context of state security. In turn relatively few researchers had a try to theoretically subsume the complex of phenomena, that could be defined as a web of links between migration and safety. But after all, issues of safety have a wider range and include also safety of people. Lack of security represents frequent international experience of immigrants. Essentially, their lack of security should become the biggest problem in the research on safety. The material also portrayes international safety – connections of migration and terrorism. The author's target is showing possible connections between the phenomenon of migration and terrorism, particularly the illegal migration. Ethnic enclaves concentrated in many European countries inhabiting entire districts, being able to have a relationship with terrorist groups are a separate issue. In the article issues ofrefugee status were also presented as a chance orthreat to Europe. The influx of refugees reaching Europe nowadays has been the greatest migration of people since the World War II. Europe of wandering people is the history of our continent. Drama of Muslim fugitives to Europe – since they are almost without exception Muslims – is exposing drama of our civilization generally, is lowering all its aspects and requiresreaction to all the grounds – political, military, social, communal and cultural.
