Migracje zagraniczne a sytuacja na rynku pracy – wybrane aspekty

The research goal of the article is to characterize the relationship of the foreign migration process with the processes on the labor market. The author points out that the possible achievement of benefits, but also the occurrence of losses for the labor market resulting from the migration process is associated with a number of phenomena that may affect security. The author limits herself to discussing the phenomenon of migration in the context of social and social security. He emphasizes that the ability to anticipate further development of current threats and the emergence of new ones is important in ensuring social security. Finding a solution to threats related to migration of people or related demographic issues is an important issue of a properly conducted migration policy. Proper analysis of the mobility of the national workforce and examining the extent to which immigrants can become participants in the Polish labor market can contribute to the improvement of the situation prevailing on it.
