УЧАСТИЕ ОБЩЕСТВЕННЫХ ДВИЖЕНИЙ ПРАВООХРАНИТЕЛЬНОЙ НАПРАВЛЕННОСТИ В ПРОТИВОДЕЙСТВИИ РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЯ КОРРУПЦИИ НА ПРИМЕРЕ ТГУ ИМЕНИ Г.Р. ДЕРЖАВИНА

With the acceleration of the global globalization process, the fight against corruption is becoming a priority issue for most countries. Aware of the importance of counteracting this negative phenomenon, the state is taking measures, including developing new legal standards to combat corruption, creating new anti-corruption bodies and tightening penalties for corruption offenses. Traditional anti-corruption tools require increased financial investment by the state, and their effectiveness is not always obvious. From our point of view, the fight against corruption begins with the creation of an anti-corruption environment in the life process of a young person, as well as including him in active opposition to this negative phenomenon by involv-ing him in the activities of public law enforcement agencies. The state includes in the fight against corruption the wide potential of socially active public opinion, whose main driver is socially active youth. It is becoming a potential reserve for state personnel of civil organizations and law enforcement agencies, and is also the main source of the formation of later anti-corruption worldview in society.
