Streszczenie
The current state of public opinion shows us the lack of one vector of its direction, but the forces associated with it are fully capable of resisting the phenomenon of corruption within the limits of the law and through many institutions, as well as society. Corruption offenses and their consequences, it seems, will most effectively be overcome with the help of public opinion and public institutions with the involvement of the Institute of Human Rights and legal doctrine. We are talking here about public disclosure of certain facts that could serve as a basis for internal audit or the initiation of criminal proceedings. This kind of action plays a leading role in the prosecution policy and thus contributes to the implementation of more transparent constructions and mechanisms. The transparency of all state or municipal processes guarantees a minimum level of corruption. Another aspect of minimizing corruption in society is the increase in direct interaction, direct dialogue between standardization bodies, law enforcement agencies and citizens.
