PRZYGOTOWANIE PSYCHOLOGICZNE CZYNNIKIEM OCHRONY LUDNOŚCI

The purpose of the article is to present a general concept of forecasting directions and methods of shaping the population psychological preparation to act in emergency situations. An analysis of the essence of psychological preparation is the basis for development of forecasts and implementation of activities. Prognostic work should be carried out in four stages and the forecast should be improved and developed on an ongoing basis. At the base, the social capital should be placed, a high level of which forms an important factor determining the efficiency of human actions in difficult situations.
